Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

the stated period starts the day,

you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, have (and respectively the third party has) accepted the shipped products, as long as you ordered one or more products within one order and the order is being shipped all at once.

you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, have (and respectively the third party has) accepted the last of the products that were ordered within a single order and shipped seperately.

you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, have (and respectively the third party has) accepted the last shipment or the last of the goods provided you ordered goods that are being shipped in more than one shipment or pieces.

you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, have (and respectively the third party has) accepted the first shipment provided you agreed on a contract of periodical shipments over a set time period.

To keep your right to withdrawal it is sufficient for you to dispatch the statement of your execution of your right to withdrawal before the 14 day deadline has passed.

Ramifications of your withdrawal

If you revoke this contract we have to repay you every payment we received from you including the shipping costs (but excluding the additional costs resulting from you choosing another type of delivery compared to our standard delivery), immediately and within 14 days of the day we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless something else was expicitly discussed with you; there is not a single scenario where you will have to bear any additional costs because of this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have verified you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Starting the day you inform us of your withdrawal you have to send us back the goods immediately and within 14 days at the latest. The time limit is retained as long as you dispatch the goods within the 14 days.
